‌The main types of PPR pipe fittings include the following:

‌Straight connector‌: used to directly connect two PPR pipes of the same diameter. According to the different connection methods, straight connectors can be divided into internal thread straight connector and external thread straight connector. The internal thread straight connector has threads inside, which are used to connect the threads inside the pipe; while the external thread straight connector has threads outside, which are used to connect the threads outside the pipe or connect to other pipe fittings with internal threads.

‌Elbow‌: used to change the direction of the pipe. Common elbow angles are 90 degrees, 45 degrees and 180 degrees. Elbows play a vital role in complex pipeline layouts. They can flexibly adjust the direction of the pipeline, reduce the resistance and pressure loss caused by the bending of the pipeline, and ensure the smooth flow of the fluid.

‌Tee and Cross‌: used to connect multiple pipelines. Tees are used to connect three pipelines, which are divided into equal-diameter tees, different-diameter tees and oblique tees; crosses are used to connect four pipelines to achieve multi-directional distribution of fluids. These pipe fittings play the role of a traffic hub in the pipeline system, allowing fluids to flow freely between different pipelines to meet various complex water supply and drainage needs.

‌Reducer‌: Also known as a reducer, it is used to connect PPR pipes of different diameters. Reducers are mainly used in pipeline systems to achieve the transition of pipe diameters, solve the problem of difficult direct connection due to different pipe specifications, and can also adjust the flow and pressure in the pipeline system to a certain extent.

‌Plug‌: Used to plug the end of the pipeline, its material is the same as that of the PPR pipe to ensure the tightness of the plug. During the pipeline installation process, when some branch pipes are temporarily not needed, plugs can be used to close them to prevent fluid leakage or impurities from entering.

‌Valve‌: A switch used to control water flow, common ones are ball valves and gate valves. Valves are used in water pipe systems to regulate and control the flow and pressure of water.

‌Pressure reducing valve‌: Used to reduce water pressure and protect water pipes and water-using equipment.

‌Filter‌: Used to filter impurities in water and protect water pipes and faucets.

‌Hot-melt joint‌: used for hot-melt connection of PPR water pipes to ensure the firmness of the connection‌.

‌Quick joint‌: used to quickly connect and disconnect water pipes for easy maintenance and replacement‌.

These PPR pipe fittings are widely used in water supply, hot water and heating systems in homes, buildings and industrial fields. With their excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good sealing and easy installation, they have become the first choice for many pipeline connection solutions‌.
