The structure of PPR pipe mainly consists of five layers, including a thin-walled aluminum layer in the middle layer, PP-R in the outer layer, and PE-RT in the inner layer. Imported hot melt adhesive is used between the layers, and it is extruded at high temperature and high pressure to form excellent characteristics of corrosion resistance, light weight, high mechanical strength, good heat resistance, no scaling, and long service life.
The structural characteristics of PPR pipe include:
Middle layer: thin-walled aluminum layer, providing good mechanical strength and heat resistance.
Outer layer: PP-R material, with good corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
Inner layer: PE-RT material, with good pressure resistance and antibacterial function.
Connection method: imported hot melt adhesive is used, and it is extruded at high temperature and high pressure to ensure a firm connection between the layers.
