PE Quick Connect Tee 20mm, PN16
This tee connects three lengths of 20mm PE pipe with a quick-connect joint that needs no heat, no glue and no threading. It's a favorite for repairs and home irrigation because anyone can put it in without special skills.
How it connects
Cut the pipe square and take the burr off the edge, then push the pipe into the fitting. Inside, a toothed split ring grips the pipe as it goes in; give the collar a hand turn and it locks tight. The seal is mechanical, with no O-rings and no rubber to replace over time. Want it back off? Release the collar, pull the pipe out, and the fitting is ready to reuse somewhere else. A welded joint is a one-time thing, this one isn't.
Body and rating
The body is PP and rated PN16, marked right on the part (PP PN16 20mm), so there's no guessing what you're installing. It takes standard PE pipe at 20mm outside diameter, and the connection holds watertight under working pressure.
Where you'd use it
Drip and sprinkler irrigation, greenhouse and lawn watering, drinking-water lines, and outdoor runs you might move later. One place we'd steer you toward a fusion joint instead: a permanent buried main under pressure. For that job, don't cut corners here.
